Farm Workers Pitch

Migrant farm workers in Washington, specifically those working in dairy, face many issues involving dangerous work environments and mistreatment by management. There are many ways to get injured on a dairy farm, yet work-related injuries are given little financial protection and few options to return to full-time employment. There is also a culture of fear among the workers -- confronting management is simply not an option for many.
